Daily Care
Wear it. That’s it. The woven textile band is designed for 24/7 wear. Sweat, water, daily activities — it handles everything.
Cleaning (Weekly)
Rinse under lukewarm water. Mild soap if needed. Gently pat dry with a soft cloth. The brushed aluminum capsule can be wiped with a slightly damp cloth. Don’t use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
Charging (Every 14 Days)
The magnetic charger snaps to the capsule. Full charge: about 90 minutes. Quick charge: 15 minutes gives you a full day. Charge when convenient — the app will remind you at 10% battery.
Sensor Care
The red PPG LED on the underside should stay clean. Wipe gently with a soft cloth if sweat residue builds up. Clean sensors = accurate readings = better WVI.
What to Avoid
- Don’t submerge in hot water (above 45°C) — the adhesive may weaken
- Don’t use bleach or acetone
- Don’t bend the capsule forcefully
- Don’t expose to extreme cold (<-10°C) for prolonged periods
Warranty
Your subscription includes band replacement. If it breaks through normal use, contact support and we ship a new one within 48 hours. At no additional cost.
