Careers · help build Live to Earn
The pain:Every wellness brand hires. Few build a new category.
We are not adding another wearable to a shelf. We are linking healthy daily behaviour to real USDT yield. We need a small, ruthless team to ship the next version.

§ 01 · Why Wellex
A new category means the interesting problems haven’t been solved yet. The trade-off: the rest of the company is small. No committees. No hand-offs to four teams.

continents already. Work where the thinking happens, not where HR is.
Radical craft
↗
every quarter we raise the bar on detail. No shipping what you’re embarrassed by.
§ 02 · How we work
The operating system, in plain words. If any of these feel uncomfortable, this isn’t the place. That’s fine.
Document before you decide. Decisions live in writing so nobody has to be online to stay aligned.
3 – 5 people per product surface. Zero managers-of-managers. Shipping beats coordinating.
No 9–5. No daily stand-ups. Long uninterrupted blocks are the unit of work.
One person owns the bracelet. One owns the app. One owns the yield engine. Ownership is a name, not a committee.
§ 03 · Open roles
Invented-but-plausible picture of the team we are closing this quarter. If you see something close to your shape, write to us anyway. We hire people, not JDs.
§ 01
Remote · Product
Own the Wellex app on iOS. Biometric rendering, offline-first sync, a UI that feels like a luxury object.
§ 02
Remote · Research
Build the real-time WVI pipeline. Noise filtering, personal baselines, emotion classifier on-device.
§ 03
Remote · Platform
Next.js 16 / Turbopack. Own the marketing + dashboard surfaces. You ship what readers read.
§ 04
London/Remote · Hardware
Push the bracelet from 'good wearable' to 'object you'd buy even if it did nothing'. CMF, mechanics, feel.
§ 05
Remote · Community
Run the Partner Network without any MLM language ever. Good partners, real payouts, honest reporting.
§ 06
Remote · Legal
Keep Wellex wellness-not-medical, fintech-clean, and readable by regulators in EN+RU+EU jurisdictions.
§ 04 · Benefits
The benefits page most companies write is three pages of hedging. Ours is four lines. They are all real.

§ 05 · What we look for
Skills we can teach. These we can’t. If any of these aren’t you, we will notice on the first conversation. Save us both the trouble.
Fast matters less than something you would show your most exacting friend.
Decide. Write it down. Defend it. Consensus is a nice side-effect, not a process.
If you can’t write the proposal in two paragraphs, you don’t understand it yet.
Not as a meme. As a thing you actually want to spend the next decade thinking about.
§ 06 · How to apply
Send a short note to [email protected] with one paragraph about you, one paragraph about something you shipped, and the role you want. Don’t attach a 4-page CV unless we ask. We read every email.
§ 07 · The hiring process
We protect your time the way we protect ours. No multi-stage panels, no whiteboard theatre, no ghosting. Each step has a fixed turnaround and a clear next move.
Day 1–2
Real human, written reply. Yes, no, or 'tell me more'. We don’t sit on inboxes.
Day 3–5
You + the person you'd report to. We answer your questions for the first half. No HR screen.
Day 6–10
A small, real piece of the work. We pay for your time at market rate even if we don’t move forward.
Day 11–14
Yes with a written offer, or no with specific feedback. Either way you hear from us — no silent rejections.
One last thing
Every good hire at Wellex so far started with a two-paragraph note. The shape of the note told us more than any CV would.
