Wellex is a wellness device. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

1. Wellness data limitations

The data Wellex provides is for personal wellness tracking. It is not clinical-grade and should not be used for medical decisions. The accuracy of any consumer wearable is lower than dedicated medical equipment.

2. Sensor accuracy

Sensor accuracy ranges are published in Clinical validation. Real-world accuracy depends on fit, motion, skin tone, body temperature and other factors. A loose band gives noisy data.

3. Not medical advice

Nothing in the Wellex app constitutes medical advice. The app may suggest behaviours (sleep earlier, walk more) — these are general wellness suggestions, not prescriptions. Consult a qualified clinician for any medical decision.

4. Subscription terms

Wellex membership is a recurring subscription. You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops new charges but does not entitle you to a refund of already-billed periods. See Refund Policy.

5. Warranty limitations

The 12-month warranty covers hardware defects but does not cover physical damage, water damage beyond the rated 5 ATM, lost or stolen devices, or unauthorised repair.

Wellex is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not explicitly granted, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
