Terms of Service

Plain language: We sell a wellness bracelet and a monthly membership. You can cancel any time and the bracelet is yours to keep. We are not a doctor and Wellex is not a medical device. The optional Yield layer pays in USDT into a wallet only you control — yield is never guaranteed and is not financial advice. Your sensor data stays on your phone and we never sell it. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

0. Operator

Wellex is operated by Calon Wealth Management Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales, Company Number 14813653, registered office at The Mansion House, Digital Mansion, Pickwick Road, Corsham, England, SN13 9BL. References to "Wellex", "we", "us" and "our" in these Terms mean Calon Wealth Management Ltd.

By creating an account, buying a bracelet, or using the Wellex app you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Medical Disclaimer and the Risk Disclosure.

1. What Wellex is

Wellex is a luxury wellness membership built around four things:

• The bracelet — a wearable with eight biometric sensors (optical PPG, GSR/EDA, skin temperature, motion and more) that streams readings to your phone over Bluetooth.
• The app — an iOS and watchOS companion that turns those readings into a single daily Wellness Vitality Index (WVI) and one specific direction for the day.
• Wellex Yield (optional) — a layer that lets you deposit USDT stablecoin into a multi-chain staking pool through a wallet only you control.
• The Partner Network (optional) — a referral programme that rewards members for introducing other members.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to hold a Wellex membership. By using Wellex you confirm that you are not located in, or a resident of, a country we are barred from serving, and that you are not subject to any export or sanctions restriction that would prohibit us from shipping to you or paying you. Access to the Yield layer and the Partner Network may be unavailable in jurisdictions where USDT payouts are restricted (see the KYC / AML Policy).

3. Membership plans

There are two starting plans. Both include the bracelet and the first two months of app access.

Annual billing is available at approximately $228/year, charged as a single upfront payment. You can cancel at any time with no penalty, and the bracelet is yours to keep. Full terms are in the Subscription Agreement.

4. Payment & billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe; we accept major cards. A failed payment retries for up to 7 days before the account is paused. Pausing only deactivates cloud-synced features (WVI, AI guidance, Yield, Shared view) — the bracelet keeps showing raw biometric data. If we ever change the monthly price we give you at least 60 days' notice by email, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

5. Refunds

Short version: a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund on the bracelet, including shipping. Already-billed subscription periods are non-refundable but you can cancel future billing at any time. Full rules — including annual pro-rata and defective-unit replacement — are in the Refund Policy.

6. Shipping & delivery

Shipping is included on the first bracelet. Typical delivery is 5–10 business days within the EU, UK and US, and 10–20 business days elsewhere. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Units lost in transit are replaced at our cost once the carrier confirms the loss.

7. Warranty

The bracelet carries a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, with free replacement during that period. The warranty does not cover physical or water damage beyond the rated 5 ATM, lost or stolen devices, or damage from misuse or unauthorised repair.

8. Wellex Yield & your wallet

The Yield layer is optional and separate from your wellness membership.

• Self-custody wallet. Your funds sit in an embedded, non-custodial wallet provisioned through our authentication partner. You — not Wellex — control the keys. We cannot move, freeze or recover funds on your behalf, and we never take custody of your principal.
• Currency. Deposits, yield and payouts are denominated in USDT stablecoin across the supported networks. Wellex does not issue, sell or promote any token.
• Yield is not guaranteed. Returns come from real third-party staking and vary with market conditions. Any rate shown (for example a 0–20% range tied to your WVI) is an estimate, not a promise, and past performance does not predict future results.
• On-chain finality. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. You are responsible for confirming addresses, networks and amounts before you transact.
• Identity verification. Before your first payout you must complete identity verification under the KYC / AML Policy.
• Insurance. An institutional insurance layer covers member principal as described in the Deposit Insurance Certificate. Insurance is a protection layer, not a guarantee of profit.

Nothing in the app or on this site is investment, financial, tax or legal advice. Crypto-asset values can fall as well as rise. Read the Risk Disclosure before depositing.

9. The Partner Network

The Partner Network is an optional referral programme governed by the Partner Agreement. Joining is free, there are no mandatory purchases, and there are no quotas. The Partner Network is not a security, an investment scheme, or a guarantee of income. You may never promise specific earnings to anyone you refer, misrepresent the product or the yield, or buy accounts to inflate referral counts. Doing so terminates the partner layer of your membership; your bracelet and app keep working.

10. Health & wellness

Wellex insights — the WVI, daily directions, AI guidance and physiological readings — are for informational and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Never delay seeking care because of something you saw in Wellex. The full terms are in the Medical Disclaimer.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer the firmware or app, resell the device or memberships commercially without permission, run automated scripts against our services, or use Wellex to make medical decisions for others. Full rules are in the Acceptable Use Policy.

12. Intellectual property

Wellex retains all rights in the bracelet design, firmware, app, brand, WVI methodology and dashboards. Your personal and biometric data remains yours and is governed by the Privacy Policy.

13. Liability limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calon Wealth Management Ltd's total liability under these Terms is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages, for any health outcome, or for losses arising from on-chain transactions, lost wallet keys, or normal market movement of yield.

14. Dispute resolution & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved exclusively by the courts of England and Wales, or by mutual agreement through arbitration, except where the consumer-protection law of your country of residence grants you a different right.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. For material changes we will notify members at least 30 days in advance by email or in-app. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Termination & contact

You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms. For legal questions: [email protected].
