§ 01 · How we track
The case studies are boring on the inside — which is the whole point. We collect the same three things in the same way for every member, and we do not edit what we find.

Every Sunday night, one prompt, 120 characters. What changed, what hurt, what felt lighter. Short enough to actually write, structured enough to compare.

Once a month, a deeper pull — resting HR trend, HRV variance, sleep staging, stress-recovery ratio. Used to verify, not to sell.
§ 02 · The three cases
Each case is the same structure: a narrative written in the member's own rhythm, four before/after numbers the bracelet recorded, and a three-point timeline of what actually moved.
§ Case 01 · Alex, 34, London, tech founder
Alex ran a fifty-person team on four hours of sleep and three espressos. The first week of data looked like a horror film: resting heart rate in the low eighties, HRV in the high thirties, sleep fragmented into ten-minute shards. The app wrote one sentence a day. It refused to be clever. On day nine it told him to stop taking calls after 21:00. On day twenty-three it told him the magnesium was working. By day ninety he had thirty-four WVI points back and a cardiologist who stopped worrying.

One rule held: no calls after 21:00. HRV ticks up. Resting HR drops four beats. WVI is already at 68.
WVI 86. Sleep window stable at 7h 40m. The cardiologist reads the PDF once and hands it back without comment.
§ Case 02 · Maria, 42, Madrid, schoolteacher
Maria was told her symptoms were normal and to come back in a year. The bracelet disagreed with the word normal. Evening stress was running 52% higher than morning stress; sleep quality collapsed on the nights her classroom had cover duty. The app did not prescribe anything. It held up a mirror seven days in a row until she could see the pattern herself. Then it suggested one thing at a time — a cooler bedroom, a walk at dusk, a protein-forward dinner — and measured each.

§ Case 03 · Jun, 51, Singapore, retired engineer
Jun tore a hamstring at forty-nine and never quite came back. The gym stopped being fun because he could not tell a good day from a bad one. The bracelet gave him a recovery score every morning and only two allowed verbs: push or rest. He stopped arguing with it at week three. By week six the HIIT class he had quit two years ago was on the calendar again. By week twelve he was finishing the class — not first, but finishing, which was the entire point.

Across three very different lives — a founder, a teacher, a retired engineer — the same four levers accounted for most of the score movement. The bracelet is not impressed by novelty.

What wellness case studies usually hide
Most case studies pick three good weeks, crop the bad days out of the graph, and forget to mention that two of five participants quit. The result looks like a miracle because the evidence has been tidied.
What we publish anyway
Every case here includes the weeks that did not work — a bad cold, a stressful quarter, a plateau. We keep them in because they are the reason the good weeks are credible. The bracelet never lies; neither do we.
