Acceptable Use

You may

• Wear the bracelet for personal wellness tracking.
• Share your data with anyone you choose via Shared view.
• Export your data and use it personally.
• Recommend Wellex to friends and family.
• Become a Wellex Partner and earn referral rewards under the partner program rules.

You may not

• Reverse-engineer the firmware or attempt to extract proprietary algorithms.
• Use the bracelet to make medical decisions for yourself or others.
• Resell the bracelet commercially without joining the partner program.
• Make medical or earnings claims about Wellex (see Wellness compliance).
• Use Wellex for surveillance of another person without their explicit consent.
• Use Wellex in any way that violates local law.

Consequences

Violations may result in account suspension, termination, or — in serious cases — legal action.
