Partner Agreement

Plain language: If you’re a Wellex member and you refer other people, you can earn from the staking volume those partners deposit into the Wellex Yield pool — paid in USDT. All partner commissions across the 8 income streams (Direct Referral, Team, Matching, Rank Achievement, WVI Performance, Leadership Pool, Fast Start Pool, Infinity Bonus) are calculated solely from referral staking deposits. Membership fees and subscriptions are not part of the partner payout pool. You must keep your own WVI at 1 or higher to stay active, because we pay partners who actually use the product.

1. Eligibility

You must be an active Wellex member in good standing. Partner features activate inside your existing member account — there is no separate registration, no $99 upgrade, and no application form.

2. Structure

• Income streams: 8 (Direct Referral, Team, Matching, Rank Achievement, WVI Performance, Leadership Pool, Fast Start Pool, Infinity Bonus). All commissions are calculated solely from referral staking deposits — never from membership fees or subscription payments.
• Entry cost: $0. Partner features are included with the standard subscription.
• Quotas: None. You are never required to make mandatory purchases to stay enrolled.
• Active floor: Your own WVI score must remain at 1 or above. Drop below, payouts pause (not terminate). The app will actively help you recover.

3. Payouts

• Currency: USDT stablecoin. No tokens. Ever.
• Source: Partner bonuses are paid out of yield generated on referral staking deposits inside the Wellex Yield pool. Membership fees and subscription revenue are excluded from the partner payout pool.
• Speed: Instant from the pool harvest cycle.
• Minimum: No minimum threshold. Any earned USDT is paid.
• KYC: Required before the first payout — see the KYC / AML Policy.

4. Conduct

As a partner you agree to:

• Recommend Wellex only to people you genuinely believe will benefit.
• Never misrepresent the product, the yield, or the insurance.
• Never promise specific earnings to a referral — the APY is a 0 – 20% range tied to their own WVI.
• Never use the word "MLM" or describe the program as one. It is not.
• Never buy Wellex accounts to inflate your referral count.

Violating any of the above terminates the partner layer of your membership. Your bracelet and app continue to work.

5. Termination

Either party can terminate the partner relationship at any time with no notice. Payouts for already-earned yield are honoured through the end of the current harvest cycle. Your member account is unaffected.

6. Taxes

You are responsible for your own tax reporting on USDT received through the Partner Network. Wellex provides an annual statement on request for compliance purposes.

7. Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are resolved in the courts of England and Wales or, by mutual agreement, through arbitration.
