Refund Policy
How and when you can get your money back.

30-day bracelet refund
You can return the bracelet within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked. The bracelet must be in working condition (any wear is fine).
To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number. We will send a prepaid return label. Once we receive the bracelet, the refund completes within 5 business days.
Subscription refund
Subscription periods that have already started are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time and the next period will not be charged. Settings → Subscription → Cancel.
Annual upfront refund
If you paid for an annual period upfront and cancel within the first 30 days, you receive a full refund. After 30 days, you receive a pro-rata refund of the unused months.
Defective bracelet
A defective bracelet within the 12-month warranty is replaced free of charge. Contact [email protected] with photos and we ship a replacement before you return the original.
Lost in shipping
If your bracelet is lost in shipping, we ship a replacement at our cost as soon as the carrier confirms loss (typically 14 days after expected delivery).
