1. What you pay

• Recurring: $19 per month, billed monthly, after the included period.
• Annual billing: $228 per year, charged as a single upfront payment.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the app, in one tap. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. There is no termination fee, no exit interview, and no ongoing charges after cancellation.

The bracelet is yours to keep. It will continue to show raw biometric data even without an active subscription, but the WVI, AI guidance, yield layer, and shared view will be deactivated.

4. Refunds

5. Price changes

You can share your WVI score with up to three other accounts (the Shared view). You may not resell Wellex memberships, run scripts against the app, or reverse-engineer the bracelet firmware. Doing any of the above terminates the subscription without refund.

7. Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are handled by the courts of England and Wales or through mutual arbitration.
