What Wellex notifies you about and how to mute it.

The default
Wellex sends one notification per day: your morning score and direction. That is the entire default notification budget.
Optional notifications
You can opt in to:
- Bedtime nudge — 30 minutes before your target bedtime.
- Recovery alert — when HRV drops more than 20% below baseline.
- Sleep complete — when the band detects you woke up.
- Charge reminder — when battery falls below 15%.
What we do not send
- Marketing.
- Achievements (no badges, no streaks).
- Social comparisons.
- Anything you did not opt into.
Quiet mode
Settings → Notifications → Quiet mode → On. Silences everything except the morning score for a chosen number of days.
