What the company does not get
- Individual employee data.
- Names attached to scores.
- Health risk profiles.
- The ability to identify low-performers.
This is a hard line. Enterprise dashboards show only anonymised, group-level aggregates with a minimum cohort size of 10. Individual data never crosses the boundary.
Pricing
