Security
Wellex commissions a full third-party penetration test annually. The most recent report covers the bracelet firmware, the mobile apps, the cloud APIs and the web dashboard. Critical and high-severity findings are remediated before publication; the redacted summary is available on request to enterprise customers.
Sensor accuracy
Sensor accuracy is independently validated by an external clinical lab once per hardware revision. The validation methodology and headline results are published in Clinical validation.
Privacy
Wellex has not undergone a SOC 2 or ISO 27001 audit yet — we are working toward both during 2026. The current privacy posture is documented in Data privacy.

Enterprise and clinical buyers can request the redacted reports via [email protected]. Individual members do not need to read 80 pages of audit findings — the summary above covers what matters.
